The only 24 hour women’s fitness studio, in San Diego, to offer full service personal training and semi-private memberships. As a Boundless member, you have secure, 24-hour gym access, 7 days a week, including holidays. 

What Makes This 24-Hour Women’s Gym So Different?

As a teaching studio and training academy, our goal is to empower you to be and feel confident in your body. We aim to educate, strengthen, support, and inspire all of our members from former athletes to those just beginning their fitness journeys.

We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to build strength, reduce daily stress, prioritize self-care and embrace a healthy mindset and attitiude. 

We are an eco-friendly studio. Every piece of equipment in the gym is “human powered”. You do all the work so you reap all of the benefits. No “cookie cutter” workouts or boring meal plans. Our gym, nutrition and Pilates studio has everything you need to get in shape so you can live your best life.

Getting Started At Our Women’s Gym.

As a potential member, you have 3 training/membership options: 

  •  pain relief personal training membership, 
  • functional training semi-private membership,
  • fitness semi-private memberships.

For personal or functional training semi-private memberships – Book a free goal setting consultation with one of our trainers. She’ll get to know you and listen as you identify your goals. She’ll encourage you to ask questions so you can decide if our studio is the right fit for you. Schedule A Chat

For our fitness semi-private memberships – Take the quiz. Next, we’ll recommend the top 3 classes, we think, are the best fit for you. Then you get to pick one class and book it for $10. Your trainer will contact you and walk you through what you can expect at your first studio visit. Take The Quiz
