What Makes This Women’s Fitness Studio So Different?
As a teaching studio and training academy, our goal is to empower you to be and feel confident in your body. We aim to educate, strengthen, support, and inspire all of our members from former athletes to those just beginning their fitness journeys.
We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to build strength, reduce daily stress, prioritize self-care, and embrace a healthy mindset and attitude.
We are an eco-friendly studio. Every piece of equipment in the gym is “human-powered”. You do all the work so you reap all of the benefits. No “cookie cutter” workouts or boring meal plans. Our weight room, nutrition, and Pilates studio has everything you need to get in shape so you can live your best life.
Getting Started At Our Women’s Fitness Studio.
As a potential member, you have 3 training/membership options:
- perimenopause/menopause personal training membership
- prenatal/postpartum semi-private membership,
- fitness semi-private memberships.
Before you purchase a membership we recommend that you book a free 15-minute chat with one of our trainers. She’ll get to know you and listen as you identify your goals. She’ll encourage you to ask questions so you can decide if our studio is the right fit for you. Schedule A Chat.
For our fitness semi-private memberships – Take the quiz. We’ll recommend the top 3 classes, we think, are the best fit for you. Then you get to pick one class and book it for $10. Your trainer will contact you and walk you through what you can expect at your first studio visit. Take The Quiz

Michele is an INCREDIBLE trainer and person. She is kind, empathetic, strong, supportive, and encouraging. Michele took tons of time to get to know me and my body before we even began and has helped me tremendously in the time we’ve worked together. I’m much stronger and my pain has decreased as we’ve improved my alignment. Michele pays close attention to your form during personal training and has an incredible eye for spotting areas that need correction. She discovered that one of my feet tended to roll to the side during exercise and has helped me strengthen and reorient it, helping to correct so many other issues from that one detail. She gives intuitive cues that help you get everything moving how it’s supposed to while you’re working out! Everything is custom to your needs and she never pressures you to do more than what’s appropriate for your body. Personally, she is so sweet and motivating and is always a joy to spend time with.
