A space to fall back in love with you.
hi, I'm Michele
I help women Restore Her — reconnect with their strength, softness, and sense of self through movement, and community.
My journey into movement and women’s wellness began more than 30 years ago, sparked by a single PE class in college. I was on the pre‑med track at the time, but the moment I stepped into that classroom, something shifted. I felt a clarity I couldn’t ignore — this was the work I was meant to do. That moment set me on a lifelong path of learning, teaching, and helping women reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel powerful, healing, and deeply personal.
Over the years, my curiosity has taken me into so many corners of the fitness world — high‑end retreats, cruise ships, military ships and installations, and eventually, into my own brick‑and‑mortar studio in North Park. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Pilates, yoga, prenatal and postpartum fitness, personal training, aqua therapy, massage therapy, and more. I’ve spent decades studying anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and myofascial fitness because I believe movement is medicine — and every woman deserves access to it.
My expertise lies in strength training for women over 35, prenatal and postpartum Pilates, movement‑based pain relief, and restorative practices that help women feel grounded and supported. But more than anything, I specialize in movement that feels approachable, joyful, and deeply supportive — helping women reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe and empowering. I want every woman who walks into Boundless to feel seen, heard, and capable, no matter where she’s starting from.
Over time, this work gave rise to what I now call Restore Her — a philosophy that has guided me for years. Restore Her is about helping women fall back in love with themselves through strength, softness, and compassionate support. It’s the thread that runs through every class I teach, every program I design, and every community I build.
What I love most about Boundless is the community. The women here lift each other up, welcome every new face, and bring their own energy and spirit into each class. They are kind, inspiring, and truly the soul of this space.
I love what I do, and I hope to meet you very soon.
Love, Michele
The Restore Her Philosophy
Restore Her is my long‑standing approach to women’s wellness — a pathway that helps women fall back in love with themselves through movement, strength, and community. It reflects decades of work supporting women through life transitions, healing, and rediscovery.
Restore Her is rooted in three beliefs:
Every woman deserves to feel at home in her body.
Strength and softness can coexist.
Community is medicine.
This philosophy guides everything I create — from strength training and mobility work to prenatal support, stress relief, and whole‑person wellness. Restore Her is not a program; it’s a way of returning to yourself.
