This prenatal Pilates class, lengthens tight and stiff muscles while strengthening moms in all the areas that matter most, on the way to delivery.

A birthing doula is a trained professional who provides one-on-one emotional, physical and informational support to expectant moms before, during and shortly after birth.

A doula is a professional pregnancy companion whose goal is to help moms have a safe, healthy and positive labor experience. Doula’s do not replace the birthing mother’s partner and we are not midwives.

It can seem almost impossible to plan and find the time to get in great shape before having a baby. We get it. No worries! We’re here for you, providing great pre-baby planning, advice and fitness training to get you ready to conceive.

We cheer you on, keep you motivated and accountable to your goal of becoming a healthy, strong, confident and enpowered Mom.

birthing doula

We offer uninterrupted, emotional and physical support before, during labor & delivery with postpartum follow-up.

We stay with you throughout the entire birthing process, right at your side, during hospital, birthing center and home births.

 We help you manage pain, ease your stress and reassure you when you need it most.

Let’s face it, carrying a baby is hard work. It changes your posture and puts a lot of stress on your body.  

Our total body massage provides light to firm pressure, with a focus on areas of discomfort, to unlock tight, stiff muscles and relieve prenatal stress.
