after workout treatments

While a quick stretch after a workout is better than nothing, a recovery focused, after workout treatment is so much better. These 30-minute, one-on-one sessions flush lactic acid and post workout waste out of your body to restore and repair your muscles, so you feel energized and alert. These sessions also provide a chance for you to slow down and relax.

We’ll develop a customized program to meet your needs:

Dynamic Cupping – a manual therapy where specialized suction cups are applies to the skin creating a vacuum of negative pressure that stimulates circulation to relieve muscular tension and restriction.

Thera-Blading – a specialized tool used to treat adhesions, release trigger points, break-down scar tissue and relieve neck & lower back pain.

Vibe Therapy – a high-powered hand-held massager used to relieve sore muscles, post workout and promote deep relaxation.
