Southern California has been so hot the past week, so finding a no bake frozen dessert was high on my to do list. Luckily, on my endless quest for healthy, high fiber, nutrient dense treats. I found another absolutely delicious non-dairy, gluten free & plant based treat that's rich, filling and super easy to make. Yay! I took the original recipe, optimized it with my own personal twist and ta-da, it mind blowing! It has a "crack like" effect on your taste buds and satisfies your sweet tooth.
