What Makes This Women’s Fitness Studio So Different?
As a teaching studio and training academy, our goal is to empower you to be and feel confident in your body. We aim to educate, strengthen, support, and inspire all of our members from former athletes to those just beginning their fitness journeys.
We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to build strength, reduce daily stress, prioritize self-care, and embrace a healthy mindset and attitude.
We are an eco-friendly studio. Every piece of equipment in the gym is “human-powered”. You do all the work so you reap all of the benefits. No “cookie cutter” workouts or boring meal plans. Our weight room, nutrition, and Pilates studio has everything you need to get in shape so you can live your best life.
Getting Started At Our Women’s Fitness Studio.
As a potential member, you have 3 training/membership options:
- perimenopause/menopause personal training membership
- prenatal/postpartum semi-private membership,
- fitness semi-private memberships.
Before you purchase a membership we recommend that you book a free 15-minute chat with one of our trainers. She’ll get to know you and listen as you identify your goals. She’ll encourage you to ask questions so you can decide if our studio is the right fit for you. Schedule A Chat.
For our fitness semi-private memberships – Take the quiz. We’ll recommend the top 3 classes, we think, are the best fit for you. Then you get to pick one class and book it for $10. Your trainer will contact you and walk you through what you can expect at your first studio visit. Take The Quiz

I’ve been going to Michele for 2 years and every class she continues to challenge me! After working with Michele I am FAR more flexible and have the best butt… read more I’ve ever had in my life. Her workouts are extremely well balanced focusing on a myriad of muscle groups—and often ones I would never work out on my own or even know how to. So a surprise outcome for me inititally was how much better my back felt just working with her regularly for a few weeks. I think it’s also important to note how personal her classes are, which is exemplified by the fact that she always starts out with the same question: “How do you feel today?” She’s always ready to accommodate and modify exercises based upon any injuries, limitations, or if something just isn’t feeling right. Class sizes are very small, so even in group mat workouts you feel as if you have a personal trainer. She’s incredibly engaged and thoughtful in her workouts ensuring that everyone—regardless of fitness level or experience—walks away feeling accomplished and with a great workout. She also ends her classes with the same question too, which I love, “Do you have any questions for me?” Hot tip: I would 100% recommend subscribing to a monthly plan! The class times are flexible both in the morning and evening, easy to schedule, and offer an immense variety: She offers kickboxing, pilates, Matt barre, buti yoga, kettle bells, “off the wall” workouts, the list goes on! Whatever class you take though, expect there will always be a little “Michele twist!” that makes it unique and exciting.

After being in chronic and excruciating pain for over 12 years I finally relented and had back surgery last year. Well it wasn’t the miracle I had hoped for and… read more the disappointment from that turned my pain to both physical and mental. I was desperate to find the right solution. The right person. And then I found Michele – and we slowly started changing my life one workout at a time. I can’t say enough about Michele and her ability to read your body and come up with alternate moves that are tailored to where you are at in the moment. She tailors each session and is a master at giving analogies to further explain how and why she wants you to move in a particular way. She is so mindful of your needs but also knows when and how to push when you need it most. She is direct and encouraging and checks in regularly through the week to see how your feeling, if you have any questions and to motivate you to move your body in between sessions. Of course after 15 sessions my back is not cured – but for the first time in 15 years I can finally say that it is not at the forefront of my life anymore. It’s background noise now and I have no doubt as I continue to work with Michele that it will become a thing of my past.
