We have extensive experience in strength training, aqua therapy and bodywork. Each session focuses on breaking up scar tissue, fixing muscular imbalances, correcting bad posture and improving your strength so you can get back to enjoying life again .

While a quick stretch after a workout is better than nothing, a recovery-focused, longevity-centered treatment is so much better. These 30-minute, one-on-one sessions rehydrate your joints and move post-workout waste out of your body to restore and repair your muscles. Leaving you feeling calm but energized. These sessions are the perfect combination of joint restoring and muscle recovery solutions for women, like you, who are short on time and want to live better, longer and confidently independent.

We’ll develop a customized program to meet your needs:

Dynamic Cupping – a manual therapy where specialized suction cups are applies to the skin creating a vacuum of negative pressure that stimulates circulation to relieve muscular tension and restriction.

Thera-Blading – a specialized tool used to treat adhesions, release trigger points, break-down scar tissue and relieve neck & lower back pain.

Vibe Therapy – a high-powered hand-held massager used to relieve sore muscles, post workout and promote deep relaxation.

“The Hammer” (Tok Sen) – an ancient Northern Thai therapy that uses a specialized wooden hammer and chisel to rhythmically loosen tense & unresponsive connective tissue.
