I found Michele and I cannot even explain how beneficial my workouts have been from a physical and mental standpoint. Michele has a wonderful energy, is a clear communicator, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the body. Her positive energy was something I needed more than ever as I’d go through the stages of pregnancy. Michele’s gym is spacious, clean, and she does an excellent job of explaining the type of equipment you are using, how to use it properly, and she also helps you find ways to substitute for workouts at home. I can’t say enough about my experience!

I came to Michele when I was feeling my absolute lowest… read more physically and it was taking a toll on other aspects of my life. I have worked with other trainers, tried it alone at the gym (ha!) and done group classes but never end up sticking with it for a variety of reasons. What I appreciate so much about Michele is she takes the time to explain to you the “why” behind the movements and she was so patient starting at the very basics with me. She doesn’t just give you the support and guidance in your session — she has helped me with nutrition, meal planning, and checks in on how I’m doing in between sessions which helps with accountability. Beyond all that, Michele is just an absolute joy to be around. Even if I’m not feeling super motivated to work out (which now happens less and less) I’m always excited to see Michele. Her attitude is infectious and I always leave in the best mood. Overall, I am so happy to have found Boundless. I feel stronger and more confident than I ever have before!!

I don’t want to sound over-dramatic, but my experience at Pilates 4 Women Only has been life changing! I had a herniated disc in my neck, lots of tension, pain,… read more migraines, stiffness when my doctors told me I had to be stretching and exercising daily or I would end up needing (another, my 3rd!) spinal epidural shot for the pain. I have never been a person that actually enjoys working out. I don’t hate it, but I always dreaded going to a class or workout-until I found Michele at Pilates 4 Women Only. She has amazing classes that are gentle enough for my neck, but targeted to reduce the tension and build overall strength. After just the first few classes I knew I would be committed to working with Michele and that she could do what all the other group yoga and physical therapists had been unable to do- give me my life back and keep me out of daily pain! Michele is so incredibly knowledgeable about the body, muscles and what exercises are best for each person, she constantly blows me away. I have been going for over a year and we still do new moves every week, she never runs out of new things to try or ways to improve our workouts. I can move my neck, sleep and sit without pain now and this was something I had been unable to do for almost 5 years. The doctors kept giving me pain pills, Michele gave me solutions and hope. Even more than the pain relief, I love Pilates 4 Women because of Michele. She makes you feel like you are working out with a friend- one who is incredibly smart, thoughtful, really cares about your overall well-being, you have fun with, and you feel good, both mentally ad physically, after you leave. Even though I have improved SO much, I would continue seeing Michele even if I felt 100% all the time. The classes are just FUN, and starting here was such a great decision, I can’t recommend it enough! Do yourself a favor and give this studio and try, you’ll see why it’s different- and better!

I’ve been going to Michele for 2 years and every class she continues to challenge me! After working with Michele I am FAR more flexible and have the best butt… read more I’ve ever had in my life. Her workouts are extremely well balanced focusing on a myriad of muscle groups—and often ones I would never work out on my own or even know how to. So a surprise outcome for me inititally was how much better my back felt just working with her regularly for a few weeks. I think it’s also important to note how personal her classes are, which is exemplified by the fact that she always starts out with the same question: “How do you feel today?” She’s always ready to accommodate and modify exercises based upon any injuries, limitations, or if something just isn’t feeling right. Class sizes are very small, so even in group mat workouts you feel as if you have a personal trainer. She’s incredibly engaged and thoughtful in her workouts ensuring that everyone—regardless of fitness level or experience—walks away feeling accomplished and with a great workout. She also ends her classes with the same question too, which I love, “Do you have any questions for me?” Hot tip: I would 100% recommend subscribing to a monthly plan! The class times are flexible both in the morning and evening, easy to schedule, and offer an immense variety: She offers kickboxing, pilates, Matt barre, buti yoga, kettle bells, “off the wall” workouts, the list goes on! Whatever class you take though, expect there will always be a little “Michele twist!” that makes it unique and exciting.
