Her workouts are extremely well balanced focusing on a myriad of muscle groups—and often ones I would never work out on my own or even know how to. So a surprise outcome for me inititally was how much better my back felt just working with her regularly for a few weeks. I think it’s also important to note how personal her classes are, which is exemplified by the fact that she always starts out with the same question: “How do you feel today?” She’s always ready to accommodate and modify exercises based upon any injuries, limitations, or if something just isn’t feeling right. Class sizes are very small, so even in group mat workouts you feel as if you have a personal trainer. She’s incredibly engaged and thoughtful in her workouts ensuring that everyone—regardless of fitness level or experience—walks away feeling accomplished and with a great workout. She also ends her classes with the same question too, which I love, “Do you have any questions for me?” Hot tip: I would 100% recommend subscribing to a monthly plan! The class times are flexible both in the morning and evening, easy to schedule, and offer an immense variety: She offers kickboxing, pilates, Matt barre, buti yoga, kettle bells, “off the wall” workouts, the list goes on! Whatever class you take though, expect there will always be a little “Michele twist!” that makes it unique and exciting.

Michele is an INCREDIBLE trainer and person. She is kind, empathetic, strong, supportive, and encouraging. I came to Boundless to work on getting back into shape and to help with… read more reoccurring pain in my hip and shoulder stemming from injury and hyper mobility. Michele took tons of time to get to know me and my body before we even began and has helped me tremendously in the time we’ve worked together. I’m much stronger and my pain has decreased as we’ve improved my alignment. Michele pays close attention to your form during personal training and has an incredible eye for spotting areas that need correction. She discovered that one of my feet tended to roll to the side during exercise and has helped me strengthen and reorient it, helping to correct so many other issues from that one detail. She gives intuitive cues that help you get everything moving how it’s supposed to while you’re working out! Everything is custom to your needs and she never pressures you to do more than what’s appropriate for your body. Personally, she is so sweet and motivating and is always a joy to spend time with. She meets you exactly where you’re at and gives you gentle motivation to grow. If I wasn’t moving away, I’d keep training with her forever!

What makes her super special is her passion…about her studio, her profession, and most of all, her clients…. their well-being and success in reaching whatever fitness goal they have set for themselves. She is keenly observant of her students in action and encourages feedback, which she transforms into customized instruction. I have been going to Michele’s classes for several years, and as my needs have evolved (including some intimidating challenges) she has always adapted her instruction to meet them, with bottomless patience and support, and ALWAYS with unmatched enthusiasm! She has made a real difference in my life. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a fun, challenging, productive and personalized work-out environment.

I’m counting down the days until I can get back to my weekly workouts with her. Michele has a way of making you feel so loved and supported. Thanks to her prenatal classes, I now have a wonderful network of new moms. Never in my life have I been excited to workout like I am now.
