Her vast amount of knowledge of not only fitness techniques, but nutrition and wellness is astounding and she puts all of this to good use. She never hesitates to answer a question and actively encourages them from beginning to the end of the class. I’ve never felt more informed in regards to my workouts or had someone with such a comprehensive understanding of the human body. She keeps her gym exceptionally clean as well, disinfecting and wiping down all equipment and mats after each and every class. And is also respectful of personal space and boundaries, offering hands-on adjustments, but making sure to ask permission beforehand to ensure everyone is comfortable and respected. I love the variety of classes she offers and the fact that they range from early in the morning to late into the evening! This flexibility allows me to get my workouts in regularly with ease even with my hectic personal life and work schedule. The smaller class sizes also make for an amazing customized workout and Michele is so in tune and invested in all of her clients that she has no problem customizing/modifying any and all workouts to truly suit everyone’s individual needs. I go into Michele’s classes after a long day in the office feeling so tight, uncomfortable, and messed up. I walk out of them feeling like an entirely new human being, with all my aches and pains gone. The improvement in my flexibility, strength, and mobility, especially in my injured shoulder (injury having happened in an unrelated circumstance), has increased ten fold! She is seriously a life saver and I don’t know what I would do without her. I look forward to each and every class. Having gone to Michele for almost 3 years now, I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you take her classes and am pretty sure you’ll wonder why you hadn’t done it sooner!

I’ve been going to Michele for 2 years and every class she continues to challenge me! After working with Michele I am FAR more flexible and have the best butt… read more I’ve ever had in my life. Her workouts are extremely well balanced focusing on a myriad of muscle groups—and often ones I would never work out on my own or even know how to. So a surprise outcome for me inititally was how much better my back felt just working with her regularly for a few weeks. I think it’s also important to note how personal her classes are, which is exemplified by the fact that she always starts out with the same question: “How do you feel today?” She’s always ready to accommodate and modify exercises based upon any injuries, limitations, or if something just isn’t feeling right. Class sizes are very small, so even in group mat workouts you feel as if you have a personal trainer. She’s incredibly engaged and thoughtful in her workouts ensuring that everyone—regardless of fitness level or experience—walks away feeling accomplished and with a great workout. She also ends her classes with the same question too, which I love, “Do you have any questions for me?” Hot tip: I would 100% recommend subscribing to a monthly plan! The class times are flexible both in the morning and evening, easy to schedule, and offer an immense variety: She offers kickboxing, pilates, Matt barre, buti yoga, kettle bells, “off the wall” workouts, the list goes on! Whatever class you take though, expect there will always be a little “Michele twist!” that makes it unique and exciting.

Working with Michele at Boundless has been the best gift to myself throughout my first pregnancy (currently ~34 weeks). In my first trimester I knew I wanted to start to… read more strengthen my body to have a healthy pregnancy and to work with someone who is specifically skilled in working with pregnant people. That’s when I found Michele. First we met for an in-person consult at the studio to talk about my goals and how she can help set me up with a solid plan. I immediately knew I was in the best of hands. I bought a 10 session pack of personal training which included private gym membership and with each private session, she guided me through a fantastic workout in the gym, in her neighboring pilates studio, and even some outdoor workouts in the park. She would also provide “homework” like written or video recorded exercises which helped keep me on track. Each session included a check-in on how I was feeling, lots of encouragement, feedback and modifications when necessary. Her knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy is unparalleled. I’ve always felt like I could trust her completely. She would even text me after sessions to ask me how I’m doing which I feel you can’t find in any other trainer! Michele is truly one of a kind and is wonderfully skilled and talented at what she does. She is THE trainer to go to if you are anywhere on the pregnancy/postpartum spectrum. Training with her helped me develop more confidence in myself and my physical abilities during pregnancy which has been a game changer. I can’t wait to get back to working with her postpartum to regain my balance and strength. Thank you so much Michele for everything you’ve done for me!

I found Michele and I cannot even explain how beneficial my workouts have been from a physical and mental standpoint. Michele has a wonderful energy, is a clear communicator, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the body. Her positive energy was something I needed more than ever as I’d go through the stages of pregnancy. Michele’s gym is spacious, clean, and she does an excellent job of explaining the type of equipment you are using, how to use it properly, and she also helps you find ways to substitute for workouts at home. I can’t say enough about my experience!
