hi, I'm Michele
My journey into fitness began more than 30 years ago, sparked by a single PE class in college. At the time, I was on the pre-med track, but the moment I stepped into that classroom, I knew—this was what I was meant to do. That realization set me on a lifelong path of learning, teaching, and sharing my passion for movement and wellness.
Over the years, my curiosity has led me to explore fitness in so many unique settings—high-end retreats, cruise ships, military installations, and eventually, my very own brick-and-mortar studio in North Park. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Pilates, yoga, prenatal/postpartum fitness, personal training, aqua therapy, and massage, continuously deepening my understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and myofascial fitness. I believe that movement is medicine, and I’m dedicated to helping others discover the power of strength, healing, and joyful movement.
My expertise lies in strength training for women over 35, prenatal/postpartum fitness, pain relief, and stress relief. I specialize in making fitness feel approachable, fun, and empowering—creating an environment where every woman feels supported, seen, and capable.
What I love most about Boundless is the incredible community. My students lift each other up, welcome everyone who walks through the door, and bring their unique energy and spirit into every class. They are kind, inspiring, and truly the heart of this space.
