Our intro to acroyoga workshops is all about women helping women get stronger, build confidence, and reduce stress through exercise in a safe, supportive, and non-competitive environment. These workshops are the fastest and most fun way to build real core strength while training with some of the coolest women on earth.

This intensely satisfying workshop lifts your mood and takes your core strength to a whole new level. Build the lean muscle and stamina you’ll need to be a confident acroyoga flyer and base. 

This beginner-friendly workshop gets you strong enough to fly and defy gravity in no time. You’ll learn the basics of grounding, centering, stillness, and levitation, which are all essential building blocks to mastering each pose. These principles of flight, build strength in your glutes, hamstrings, and core muscles to wake up your sleepy abs and perk-up your little butt. 

Prerequisite: No Experience Necessary. Open to ages 18+
