We invite you to book a free 15‑minute chat with a strength expert. She’ll take time to get to know you and listen as you name your goals. You’ll be encouraged to ask anything you need so you can sense whether our studio feels like the right fit for you.
Next
Take the quiz to learn which three semi-private training sessions are most supportive for where you are right now.
Finally
Pick your semi-private session and book it for $10.

What I appreciate so much about Michele is she takes the time to explain to you the “why” behind the movements and she was so patient starting at the very basics with me. She doesn’t just give you the support and guidance in your session — she has helped me with nutrition, meal planning, and checks in on how I’m doing in between sessions which helps with accountability. Beyond all that, Michele is just an absolute joy to be around. Even if I’m not feeling super motivated to work out (which now happens less and less) I’m always excited to see Michele.
